Return Policy

A few of our items are sold AS-IS. These items are clearly listed with AS-IS in the item title. These are items we found to be damaged/broken or did not have the ability to fully test. These items are sold AS-IS with no returns. We are only able to accept returns on these items if we made a mistake in the description.

On all other items, we will accept returns for any reason within 30 days from the day you receive the item. Returns should be initiated by clicking Orders and Returns, or by contacting us.

All items that are returned must be returned in the same condition as they were received. We will wipe any personal data you have have on the computer before it is resold. It is recommended that you package the item for shipping the same way you received it as any damage caused due to poor packaging will be deducted from the refund amount. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, and original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please let us know if you need help returning the item.


If for some reason the item stops working or is not as you expected, please contact us as soon as possible so we can figure out a solution that works for everyone. While we believe in the products we sell, and would love to be able to warranty our items forever, this is not possible. Please let us know within 30 days if you discover a problem with the item you purchased, and we will replace or refund you for your purchase. If you encounter a problem after 30 days, please feel free to contact us, and we'll see what we can do. We want all customers to be happy.
